申请程序
1. 报名填表，确定申请成员 申请人必须年满18周岁以上，并无犯罪记录
家庭成员包括: 主申请人，配偶 18周岁以下未婚子女 18-25周岁全日制在读未婚子女申请人 65 周岁以上父母和祖父母
2. 签约协议，缴纳押金 双方签合约承办投资移民协议书，提交办理手续费用
3. 准备申请材料，文件核准 有效护照 六张申请人照片 （6个月内） 主申请人出生公证及家庭成员出生公证 健康证明 银行资金证明（银行对账单） 确认投资/ 托管存款证据 无犯罪记录证明（6个月内）
下列表格和文件，主要申请人仅需提供一次：
·投资确认书/托管协议以及资金汇入托管账户的确认文件，还需提供 一份已签署的房地产合同·一份由国际公认银行出具的银行资信证明原件，其出具时间须为6个月以内·由律师、公证人、注册会计师或具有类似身份的其他专业人员出具的一份专业证明文件原件，其出具时间须为6个月以内 仅在夫妻同时申请时，提供下列文件：
·结婚证明公证（如适用）
·离婚证明公证（如适用）
4. 安提瓜和巴布达移民局签发原则性批复，申请人汇入投资金额到监管账户 向安巴移民局正式递交所有申请人文件 向安巴政府缴纳$7,500的政府审批费以及$50,000的移民申请费 将投资移民款项汇入指定的第三方监管账户
5. 安提瓜和巴布达移民局签发公民证明和护照向安国移民局递交申请人文件，移民局进行个人背景调查移民局批准入籍投资申请后，将向申请人签发前往安提瓜的签证
6. 6-8周进行宣誓并获得安国护照一般情况下，申请人将在6至8个星期内收到批准或拒绝入籍的通知如果获得批准，需亲自到安提瓜和巴布达领取护照，并效忠宣誓

所需费用
1. 服务费用: 面议
2. 境外法律服务费 (5万美金）
3. 捐款 25万美金(成功后投资)
4. 名额预留费 1 万美金（不成功可退)
5. 申请费 (5万美金)
6. 尽职调查费 (7500美金 根据孩子的年龄)

Property Tax/Legal Fees
2.5% Government property tax due on completion of any property investment.
1.5% Property registration and additional Legal fees due on completion of any property investment.

Centurion Asset Group takes complete charge of coordination of the entire application process from start to successful completion, including all Antigua based services including legal, accounting and agent fees. Agent fees are $50,000 for first Application and $10,000 for each additional Application. These fees are to aid the applicate in preparing thier documentations and application correctly, in order for it to be passed to our Partner on Island Agents to process the application and do all required Due Diligence.
